Junior Tennis Information

All clinics are based on skill level. The pro will determine what day or time will work best for each individual player. Do not register for any clinic without understanding your day or time may be adjusted. Refunds are not available and there are no make ups due to the special rate of this program. Be sure to always check the facility website and weather line for possible delays and closings. Students new to tennis should contact the PRC chairperson to help with placement. PRC has the right to change or adjust all programing including pros. Only registered participants are allowed on the courts. You must provide your own racquet, tennis shoes and water bottle.

Adults are not allowed on the courts at any time.

Our registration is only online. Do not register for any clinics unless you have been approved by our staff. We can not refund any fees due to an error in registration.

Junior World Team Tennis

Season begins October 7, 2019 to June 1, 2020 
Time:  Monday through Friday 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Levels:  intermediate* (Beginner and advanced beginners will be on the weekends)
(Travel expenses, UTR, and additional fees may be required if moving on to qualifiers or nationals. )
Requirement:  Each participant is required to provide community service hours within our beginner tennis program.  Those hours will be on Saturdays as you will be working with beginner players. Service hour forms will be provided. 
We are proud to bring this program to our region at such an affordable price. This will give juniors the chance to practice and experience match play.  Matches will be scheduled in advance.  Come all five days or when your schedule allows. 
Nationals will be held in July 2020, location and dates to be determined. (You cannot be ranked higher then 150 on the national level.)
This is a recreation program that is non-profit.   Team Volunteers are needed!

Adult Tennis Information

Modified Program Rules

  • The PRC tennis chairperson has the right to cancel court time.
  • There will not be make up times available if the courts are cancelled for any reason.
  • All court time is subject to sharing of the court time. You will be made aware when this will occur.
  • There is a minimum number of full time team members required to fill a team.
  • The PRC chairperson has the right to add any additional player.
  • Only registered subs and full-time players will be allowed to participate in court time.
  • The PRC chairperson has the right to terminate any player or team should any rule not be followed.
  • At no time will any team or individual collect money from any participant for ANY reason.

Additional Program Rules

  • All Participants must be registered players with PRC.
  • Any Substitutes for any program must be approved and a signed waiver must be on file with the tennis chairperson Tina. No player will be allowed access to these courts without proper paperwork and WILL BE TURNED AWAY by the front desk staff if said paperwork is not completed in advanced. You will NOT be able to fill out said paperwork at the door. These are Baltimore County rules.
  • There is no sharing of the courts with any registered on non-registered players.
  • Failure to follow all of these rules would result in a loss of your court time.
  • At no time are tennis professionals allowed on the courts if they are not part of the PRC program.

Program Guidance

  • Before registering for any program, contact the tennis chairperson (Tina at to see which program will work best for you. Registering for a program that might be full or already assigned would result in a $10.00 reversal of transaction fee.
  • A limited amount of subs are allowed per block time.
  • At no time will any fees other than ball fees be collected by any block time captain or representative. The ball fee must be a one-time fee divided equally among all registered players.
  • There is no sharing or sub-leasing of the courts. All PRC rules of conduct are to be followed. Failure to follow these rules will result in an automatic dismissal of your block time without refunds.
  • There is a minimum of participants needed to secure a block time (6).
  • Failure to follow any rules would result in a loss of your court time.

Adult Practice Times

Several times a year these courts are reserved for a special event. You will be notified in advance when this will occur.
Codes are required to register; dates are from September 7, 2019 through June 6, 2020.
Saturday - 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Monday - 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday - 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Weather Policy

Should a day be canceled for weather-related (or NERRC administrative) reasons, make-up dates are not guaranteed. The Parkville Tennis program will do what it can to attempt to reschedule canceled dates, but they are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the block time players to check the status of operations with nerrc due to weather or other issues.
